Miracle Menu Campaign – NEW!
Campaign Overview: The Miracle Menu Campaign is a new fundraising initiative launched in partnership with the MVW Food & Beverage team. Beginning May 1, resorts with pool bar locations will feature the Coale-ada, a frozen piña colada with a splash of blue raspberry, as a designated Miracle Menu beverage.
For every Coale-ada purchased, $1 will support Children’s Miracle Network local hospitals. This campaign was created in honor of Coale and is designed to provide an easy, guest-facing fundraising opportunity that integrates directly into resort food & beverage operations.
Participating Resorts
This campaign will be activated at MVW resorts with pool bar locations. The beverage will automatically be added to:
- Digital menus
- Mobile Ordering
- Printed menus
Resort Activation
Resorts participating in the Miracle Menu campaign will receive a campaign activation kit with printed materials and signage resources to support the launch and ongoing promotion of the campaign onsite. Below are printed signage kit contents:
Your resort kit will include:
- Monitor stickers for POS screens
- Flyers for Promotion of the frozen beverage
- Napkin holder inserts for promotion of our partnership with CMN
- Employee engagement posters for Associate education
- Pool bar signage
- Guest-facing promotional materials
Please display materials in high-visibility guest areas including:
- Pool bars
- Food & beverage outlets
- Activity desks
- Associate back-of-house spaces
- Breakrooms

Wristbands
Campaign Overview: The Wristband Campaign provides participating resorts with an easy guest-facing fundraising opportunity through RFID wristband purchases. Participating resorts may promote a designated donation amount tied to wristband purchases, helping support local Children’s Miracle Network member hospitals.
How the Campaign Works
Resorts may display signage at the front desk or other guest touchpoints promoting that: “For every wristband purchase, a $5 or more donation will support local children’s hospitals through Children’s Miracle Network.”

Round Up
Campaign Overview: MVW resorts offer guests the opportunity to round up purchases to support Children’s Miracle Network local hospitals.

Activation Tips
To help increase guest participation, resorts are encouraged to:
- Place signage near point-of-sale areas
- Utilize monitor stickers and digital signage to remind associates to ask
- Train associates to mention Round Up during transactions
- Highlight the impact of supporting local children’s hospitals

Torch Relay
Overview: Torch Relay is a community-based run/walk fundraising program supporting Children’s Miracle Network local hospitals. For more than 25 years, Torch Relay events have raised over $20 million for local children’s hospitals across North America.
MVW resorts are encouraged to participate in local Torch Relay events as a team-building and community engagement opportunity.
How Resorts Can Participate
- Register a resort team
- Encourage associate participation
- Promote fundraising internally
- Attend local Torch Relay events
- Partner with nearby resorts or community organizations
